VEDA POLYPRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED is a private limited company manufacturing PP/HDPE/NYLON  in 3 and 4 strand ropes, sizes ranging from diameter  2mm to 26mm.

The company has procured  the best machinery, i.e  Extruders, Ring Twisters and Rope-making machines from reputed Machinery Suppliers who has adopted Rope Making Technology from Italy, Denmark, Germany  and South Korea.

The company is located  in prime industrial area of Vijayawada, i.e. at Door no. 18-351, R.S. no: 182/1A, JRD TATA Industrial estate, Kanuru  donka road,  is well connected to the coastal areas in all states of southern part of India and logistically well connected to sea ports of Chennai, Nellore and Visakhapatnam 

Quality control :

The company has set procedures to check the quality at every  stage of the production process i.e Yarn Extrusion, Twisting of Twines, Ropes making and  Packing of Ropes to match the best quality standards in the Industry.  The company has set up a Lab with testing equipment to test the above.

• MFI to check the raw material quality
• Tensile Testing machine to check the breaking strength of the yarn or tape
• TPM to check the twist levels of the ropes
• Universal Tensile Testing machine to check the breaking strength of the Ropes upto 36mm diameter.

The company is manufacturing Ropes as per International Standards  (BS and ISO) as well as Indian standards (IS) widely used in the industries like   fishing, shipping, mooring, transportation, Power, Telecom, Industrial, Mining, Army, Navy and Airforce.  Also with quality standards to carry heavy weights and soft, smooth, flexible having special properties of shock absorption, controlled elongation, resistance to sea water and ultra violate rays protection.

PRODUCT   APPLICATIONS :

The Ropes produced as per above standards are used in the below given sectors:

• FISHERIES  /  MARINE : Fishing purpose along with fishing nets, trawlers, Dry  Docking,  Mooring,  Steve  Doring,  Anchor  Ropes,  Winch  Ropes and Dredging by ship Chandlers.
• INDUSTRIAL : Cargo Nets,  Electricity  Board,  Construction  Companies,  Oil  Exploration,  Material  Handling,  Traction  Ropes,  lifting  slings,  Span  Ropes,  Rope  ladders and  lifting  slings
• COMMERCIAL: Packing of Bales,  lifting sugancane in Sugar  Factories and other agro products,  Fire  escapes,  Truck  Ropes,  Play  ground equipment.
• GENERAL     Farming, Housewares,  Sport Goods, Sign  Ropes,  Guide  Ropes, Decorations,  Signal  Ropes,  Leisure Equipments,  Defence, domestic purposes.

MARKETING :

DOMESTIC MARKET : The company is  strategically promoting a brand as ‘ VEDA’s POWER, THE ULTIMATE IN ROPES’ to sell their products  while taking up all promotional activities in major selling hubs in southern states of India i.e. Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, kerala and West Bengal to a set of  wholesale dealers spread across the  long coastal belt in the above states.

EXPORT MARKET : The company is also exporting its products to different countries like Srilanka, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Sierra Leone,  Ghana, Algeria and Tanzania..
